Priority 1: All Student Learn to Read Well | SMART GOAL #1: By June 2024, scholars in grades K - 5 who are performing 1 grade level below standards will decrease 8% from 33% to 25% as measured by the ELA diagnostic. |
Priority 2: All students are physically and emotionally safe. | SMART GOAL #2: By June 2024, all scholars will increase 9% with overall classroom behavior, from 76% to 85%, as measured by the Panorama School Survey. |

Quality Individualized Education Program (IEP) | SMART GOAL #4: By June 2024, to strength the quality and implementation of IEPs for all SWI scholars with IEPs we will improve student meeting their annual goals by an increase from 0% to 20% as measured by Progress of Measurable Annual Goals School Created Tracker. |
Priority 3: All students have a high quality academic experience. | Priority Need: SWD growth in reading, specifically overall text comprehension. |
Priority 4: All student graduate college and a career ready and have a strong plan and pathway to economic security. | Priority Need: To decrease the number of scholars who are performing one or more grade level below in the geometry domain. |
Priority 5: All districts and schools are more inclusive and responsive for parents and families, including having more families choose NYC Public Schools. | Priority Need: Parent engagement. Currently, we have a lack of attendance at school wide meetings across all grades due to parent/guardian work schedules. |
